A Magento installation that works on day one can still be slow, insecure or hard to deploy. We install Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.9 with the right services, configuration and deployment process, so your store starts on a solid, production-ready foundation.
Magento 2.4.9 needs a specific stack: a supported PHP version (8.3, 8.4 or 8.5) with the required extensions, MySQL 8.4 or MariaDB 11.4, OpenSearch for catalogue search, Composer 2, and ideally Valkey or Redis, Varnish and RabbitMQ. Each one needs configuring for Magento, not just installing.
After installation comes the work that makes a store reliable: production mode, file permissions, cron, indexers on schedule, cache backends, a CDN, SSL, email delivery, backups and a repeatable deployment process. Skipping these is the most common cause of the performance and stability problems we fix later.
We install on your hosting, cloud provider or a managed Magento host, and document everything we set up.
From a single development environment to multi-server production.
Magento installed and configured on your server or cloud with all required services.
Docker-based development environments (Warden, DDEV or docker-magento) and staging that mirrors production.
Magento with Hyvä Theme installed, a child theme created and the Tailwind build ready for your developers.
Git-based deployment with zero-downtime releases using Deployer, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Installations on AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean or managed Magento hosts with sensible sizing.
Transactional email via SMTP or API providers, payment and shipping modules and analytics.
Deploy mode. Production mode serves pre-compiled code and static files. Developer mode on a live store is slow and exposes error details.
Cache backends. Default and page cache in Valkey or Redis, sessions in a separate instance, and Varnish in front of the web server for full-page caching.
Indexers and cron. Indexers set to "Update by Schedule" and the Magento cron running every minute, with consumers for message queues configured to run continuously or through cron.
Security. Two-factor authentication for every admin user, a custom admin path, correct file ownership and permissions, and HTTPS everywhere.
Email. Transactional email through a proper SMTP or API provider with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so order confirmations reach inboxes.
Fixing a poor installation costs more than doing it properly the first time.
You receive a document listing versions, services, settings and credentials storage.
Admin 2FA, strong passwords, correct permissions and no development tools in production.
Full-page cache, Valkey or Redis and indexers configured before launch.
Configuration stored in code, so staging and production stay consistent.
