Magento 2.4.6 will be released in March 2023 and will support PHP8.2 , PHP 8.1 but PHP7.4 will be removed.

When this option is enabled, the application will request email confirmation every time the admin user changes their email address. The following module is affected by this change: Magento_Customer.
