• Customer name and email address — when a customer submits a question
• Question and answer text
• Vote activity — anonymous question ID and customer identifier
• Shop domain and Shopify access token — for app authentication

How we use the data

• To display questions and answers on your product pages
• To send email notifications to store admins and customers
• To authenticate your store with our service

Data storage

All data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Data deletion

• Merchants can delete individual questions and answers from the admin panel at any time
• All shop data is permanently deleted when the app is uninstalled
• Customers can request deletion of their personal data by contacting us

GDPR compliance

We comply with all Shopify GDPR webhook requirements. Upon receiving a data request or redact request, we process it within the required timeframe.
